Four eras shaped today's ICC
Founding & Print Media Era
Founded IT PC School COCORO in 2001, then established ICC Inc. in 2003. Launched the free paper 'TOWNCOUPON' in 2006, reaching 170,000 copies over 13 years of continuous publication. The community ties built during this period remain the foundation of our business today.
Web Media & SNS Era
While teaching at Vantan Design Institute, began shifting focus to web. Founded Nishinomiya Keizai Shimbun in 2013, writing 500+ articles (all syndicated on Yahoo! News). Planned and directed the Bar App across 13 regions, driving regional digitalization.
SNS Management & Community Era
Began working with Hanshin Railway, managing diverse projects over 8 years. Served as SNS management director for a major media company's sports accounts for 7 consecutive seasons. Delivered monthly analytics reports for a TV station for 10+ years without interruption.
AI & Business Improvement Era
Leveraging Claude Code, built business improvement tools. Achieved significant efficiency gains in SNS analytics work. Knowledge gained from our own practice will be applied to solving client challenges.

Born in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. Founded his business in 2001 in his hometown. From the dawn of IT, he has supported local businesses with technology adoption. Launched a free paper business in 2005, started broadcasting on Sakura FM radio in 2010, and began publishing Nishinomiya Keizai Shimbun in 2014. Specializes in leveraging the unique strengths of web, print, and broadcast media. Manages the editorial team of 'Encachi Writer Press' with approximately 50 writers for Hanshin Railway's regional revitalization web media 'Encachi,' sharing the appeal of communities along the railway line. The encounter with Claude Code was a revelation — the ability to create what he envisioned.
